Christmas Safari Park Trip

Updated: Mar 8, 2019

On Wednesday 19th December Nursery set out for our Christmas Safari Park trip, well what an exciting day we all had! We started the day off with singing Christmas songs on our festive coach. Then we arrived at West Midlands Safari Park to see it was snowing there! The excitement didn’t stop there as then we had to all get onto Father Christmas' sleigh to get to the North Pole, once we arrived at the North Pole we all got to see the magical grotto where one of Santa’s elves guided us around, then at the end of our journey we found a mysterious green door and if you knocked on the door, there was a familiar “ho ho ho” sound that came from the other side (The faces of all the children at that moment was an honour to have witnessed). Inside was Father Christmas! He asked everyone what they would like for Christmas and we all had a chance to have our photo taken with Santa. After that lovely experience we were then allowed to go and pick a present from Santa’s workshop with the help from all of his elves. All of the children then enjoyed a cookie and a drink before it was time to get on the coach to go and see all of the safari park animals! How exciting! We even got to see reindeers around the park. What a fantastic day for everyone.
