NURSERY STAFF

The Nursery comprises a small team of experienced and dedicated staff.

Lauren (Nursery Manager)

Lauren is CACHE Level 3 qualified, with several years experience working across the Early Years. Lauren’s exceptional organisational skills ensure the smooth-running of the Nursery on a daily basis. Lauren’s planned activities are specially formulated for our two-year-olds, ensuring all ages are catered for. She leads on ICT within Nursery, ensuring both staff and children are using current apps to enhance learning and teaching. Lauren is also our lead First Aider and keeps us all safe through thorough risk assessments and individual care plans.

Katrina (Nursery Deputy Manager)

Katrina studied Levels 2 and 3 Cache Diploma in Pre-school Practice. Katrina enjoys helping out with Forest School each week at the Cradley School. Katrina's time at home is spent looking after her three girls - one of whom is at Cradley school - and not forgetting Frank the dog. Katrina enjoys sport, especially football, and is a supporter of Liverpool. Katrina spends most weekends watching or running the line for her daughter’s football team.

Kelley (Nursery SENCO)

Kelley holds a Level 3 Diploma in Nursery Nursing – NNEB and has many years experience of working with children. Throughout her younger years, Kelley has lived and worked in Lanzarote, where there was never a dull moment! In October 2011, her daughter was born, who now attends Cradley School, and her son arrived in May 2017. Kelley enjoys spending time with the children, going on days out and just generally being Mum....but is also partial to a bit of ‘me’ time – which includes shopping and a coffee!

Donna (Nursery Assistant)

Donna has been working at Cradley C of E Primary School for 15 years. She has taken on many roles from lunch lady to working in after school club. Donna has recently taken on the role of Nursery Assistant after spending time in nursery and finding a passion for looking after the youngest children at Cradley School. Donna enjoys arts and crafts with the children and keeps our creative supplies topped up and ready to go for the children. Donna has two grown up sons and is soon to become a Nanny! During Donna’s spare time she is often seen around Cradley, walking her two dogs Giz and Billy.
