On Tuesday, Classes 4 and 5 took to the River Avon for our annual day bell-boating. We set off towards the lock which was a fun experience and then we went for a paddle upstream – this was hard work! We stopped for a break and had a cat-walking competition down the central area of the boat before taking part in some races. After this, we had an easier time paddling back to the boat house for a picnic. We were very lucky to avoid the rain! Thank you so much to all the parent volunteers who came with us.
